Our story

A little workshop in Redmond with a lot of sawdust.

WTW Pet Products is a veteran owned family workshop in Redmond, Oregon. Founder Lance, an Army veteran, built his first cat tree for Willis, an abandoned kitten the family rescued. Willis approved, friends wanted one, and a business was born. Today the whole family is part of WTW in some way.

Every tree still comes out of our Central Oregon workshop, built one at a time from solid lumber and real Oregon sourced wood with rewrappable sisal, every joint screwed and stapled, never glued. Our trees are sold in more than 20 pet store locations across Oregon and ship by freight anywhere in the lower 48. No particle board, no factory line, no tree we wouldn't put in our own living room.

Quick answers about our trees, getting one home, and how ordering works.

Do you ship your cat trees?

Yes, we ship using freight. Freight costs are paid by the buyer, and we send you a quote first so you know exactly what it will cost before you pay. In Central Oregon and along our Portland, Salem, Eugene and Vancouver delivery runs, you can buy right on the website with pickup or delivery.

How much does freight cost?

It depends on the size of the piece and how far it is going. Our freight estimator on the Shipping page gives you a range, and we use whichever carrier has the best price for your ZIP.

Are trees in stock or built to order?

Most pieces are built to order in our Redmond workshop, and we keep some ready-made trees on hand. We confirm your timing when you order.

How does the 10% off sale work?

It is already applied to every price on the site, custom builds included. No code needed.

Do they come fully assembled?

Yes, they come fully assembled and ready to use.

Do you use glue?

No. Every tree is screwed and stapled, never glued.

Is the sisal rope replaceable?

Yes. We sell replacement wraps and can show you how to redo a post in about 15 minutes. The tree itself will outlast several wraps.

How do I pay?

Online, by card through Square at checkout. In person, by card or cash. Freight orders are paid after you approve your freight quote.

Can I change the height or layout?

Absolutely. Every tree is built to order, so tell us in the order form and we'll adjust height, perch size, or box placement to fit your space.

What carpet colors can I choose?

Brown or gray tones. Tell us which you prefer when you order.

Where can I see one in person?

At 21 pet store locations across Oregon, from Bend and Redmond through Salem and the Portland metro to Eugene and Hood River. The full list is on our Contact & Events page.

Care, safety, delivery, wholesale and how to pay.

Product care

To maintain your pet furniture, brush it to remove hair and use the vacuum hose attachment for a thorough cleaning. If your cat tree is over 4 feet tall, we recommend anchoring it to the wall for added stability.

Safety

  • This tree is designed for use by cats only. Please keep children away.
  • To prevent choking hazards, keep all small parts out of reach of children and pets.
  • Never climb, rock, shake, step on, or hang from the cat tree, as this could cause harm or injury to people or pets.
  • Place your cat tree indoors, away from direct sunlight or damp areas.
  • Make sure the cat tree sits on a flat, level surface for maximum stability.
  • Regularly check the cat tree for loose screws or parts that may need tightening.
  • If the cat tree becomes torn or damaged, please dispose of it.

What we collect

Only what you type into an order, quote, contact or newsletter form: your name, phone, email, ZIP code, delivery address and notes about your order. Card payments are handled by Square. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To reply to you, build and deliver your order, quote freight, and let you know when we are near you if you asked us to. Freight carriers receive your name, address and phone only when they deliver an order.

What we never do

We never sell or rent your information, and we never share it with advertisers.

Built to order

Prices and the sale

Prices are in US dollars. Our 10% off sale is applied automatically to the prices shown. Custom builds and the V Tree are priced by quote, and the sale applies to those quotes too.

Delivery and freight

Pickup in Redmond is free. Local delivery and delivery on our Portland, Salem, Eugene and Vancouver runs are charged at the flat fee shown at checkout. Freight outside our delivery area is paid by the buyer. We send an exact freight quote before you pay, and your order is confirmed only after you approve it.

Payment

Card payments online are processed by Square. Cash is accepted in person.

Damage in transit

If anything arrives damaged, contact us right away with photos at (541) 647-0629 and we will work it out with the carrier.

Our trees are made for cats. Please read the safety notes on our store policy page, and anchor trees taller than 4 feet to the wall.
